Each March, the world turns purple in support of the 65 million people living with epilepsy.

Epilepsy WA invites you to join them in raising epilepsy awareness by holding a purple themed event at your school or workplace to raise much needed awareness and vital funds during Purple Month 4 Epilepsy WA. You can organise your own event – a morning tea, quiz night, colour run or karaoke, or perhaps you prefer to sign up to a run, bike ride or any other fundraising activity you can dream up.

Your fundraising efforts will make a real difference and help us to continue providing our vital support services including; information line, support groups, free seizure alert bed mat loan program, free Night Watch loan program, free children’s book library, the largest display of seizure alert devices in Australia, a compassionate ear service, training the WA community, awareness raising and much more!

There are many ways that you can fundraise in Purple Month, here’s just a few ideas:

Hold a Purple dress / sock / tie / crazy hair day for a gold coin donation
Sell merchandise and hand out information
Have a bake sale
Hold a morning tea / lunch
Host a book sale
Have a colour run
Set yourself a personal challenge

Help us to raise epilepsy awareness this March and help us raise vital funds to keep our essential support services running.
