Step4EpilepsyWA is in full swing and we’re on track to reach our goal of 25 millions steps. Your incredible efforts are raising much-needed funds and driving awareness of epilepsy across Western Australia.
October is Seizure Safety Month at Epilepsy WA. This inaugural awareness month is dedicated to raising awareness of how those living with this common condition can reduce their risk of epilepsy-related harm, and aims to make seizure safety everyone’s business.
The WA Government is seeking feedback from the community on how to improve educational legislation for people living with disabilities. This is a valuable opportunity to voice your opinion on how the education system can become more inclusive for people living with epilepsy, helping young Epilepsy Warriors thrive and reach their full potential. If you have suggestions on how schools can better support students with epilepsy, we encourage you to take part in the survey.
