Dr Mubeen Janmohamed presented at the 2024 Epilepsy WA Conference.
Dr Janmohamed is a Consultant Neurologist/Epileptologist at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. He graduated from UNSW medical school in 2010 and subsequently trained in NSW/WA for further Basic physician and Advanced Neurology training across multiple Australian hospitals in Newcastle and Perth.
He completed a 2-year fellowship in Epilepsy training at the Alfred hospital and Royal Melbourne Hospital in Melbourne covering expertise in advanced epilepsy diagnostic and management. He is currently involved in the WA Adult State Epilepsy Service and involved in the general neurology roster at the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
He is nearing completion of his Epilepsy PhD research with Monash University which focuses on treatment outcomes, AI and EEG and prognostic factors for determining drug-resistance.
