Make a Bequest

Once you have provided for your loved ones, you may wish to consider leaving a gift in your Will to Epilepsy WA.

A bequest can help Epilepsy WA continue to make a meaningful difference to the lives of West Australians living with epilepsy. Your support will assist future generations and help ensure a fair go for those diagnosed.

We encourage everyone to have a valid Will in place. Many Australians do not, and having one ensures your assets are distributed according to your wishes.

If you have included a gift to Epilepsy WA in your Will, we would value the opportunity to thank you personally for your generosity. Please contact us at [email protected].

As a guide, the following wording may be helpful:

“I give and bequeath, free of all duties and taxes, [insert amount or description of asset] to Epilepsy WA of 11 Aberdare Road, Nedlands WA 6009, ABN 75 216 697 366, absolutely, for its general charitable purposes. I declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer or other authorised officer of Epilepsy WA shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my executors.”
